A lively group of SOAR members attend a special school at the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois. The school focuses on how to organize and build active, fighting SOAR chapters. This special SOAR school is a first time pilot project and takes place during the regular District 7 Summer Institute. The Institute is sponsored by District 7 and the U of I Labor Education Program.
