Shame, Shame on Indiana

Ask yourself, why would the Family Social Services Agency (FSSA) in Indiana cut the funding for the Community and Home Options to Institutional Care for the Elderly and Disabled (CHOICE) program when it will cost the state $18,470 more for every person forced to move to a nursing home rather than keep them in their homes?

I say, "shame on Indiana"
